Elizabeth Anderson (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Anderson holds an EdD. in Special Services /Exceptional Education from NOVA Southeastern University. She has taught over 20 years in schools and colleges in Canada, the United States and on Indian Reservations. Dr. Anderson has experience as a counselor, school psychologist, Special Ed Director, college professor and is in private practice. Currently she is working on Post Doctoral certification as a Neuropsychologist.

Michael Black (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Black holds a Ph.D. in school administration Madison University. He has thirty-two years of experience in the field of general and special education. Dr. Black served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Harper Independent School District, in the Texas Hill County. His field testing and research led to the development of the Texas Assessment of Academic Skills (TAAS), which was the predecessor of the Texas Assessment of Knowledge, and Skills test currently in use.

Sharon M. Daniels (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Daniels holds an Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction K-12 from Argosy University. She has served as a professor in special education, a teacher in the public school system in the areas of Science, Resource Math, Resource English, Resource Science, Gifted Education (High School & Middle School), Behavior Specialist, and working with students who attend the Comprehensive Developmental Classroom (CDC).

Carmen Mousel (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Mousel holds a PhD. from Capella University in Elementary and Secondary Educational Administration, and an EdS. from NOVA Southeaster University in Various Exceptionalities. She has taught exceptionalities in Pre-K, middle grades, and high school grades. Dr. Mousel has teaching experience at the college/adult level with the military science department at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Mousel was certified to teach with the Princeton Review in Cleveland, Ohio, working with the SAT testing for high school juniors and seniors.

Suzette Guy-Payne (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Guy-Payne holds a PhD. from The University of Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee in Policy Studies and Leadership. She is certified in Exceptionalities and has over 18 years teaching experience, having held positions as a Special Needs Teacher, Special Education Intervention Specialist, Chair of In Home-based Special Education, and Coordinator of Special Education Services. Dr. Guy-Payne was a licensed administrator in the Tennessee, Ohio, and currently is serving in the Missouri School District.

Valentina Randle (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Randle holds a PhD. in Educational Administration. She has served as a professional in special education, serving in Special Education serving as Classroom Teacher, Master Teacher, Media Specialist, Site Supervisor and Central Office Administrator. She also holds the credential of Master of Divinity and is a senior pastor.

Sherri Wynn (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Wynn holds an Ed.D from Indiana University in School Administration, Educational Leadership, Curriculum, and Special Education. She has served as an elementary building principal, central office administrator, and national educational consultant for an international think tank, general education teacher, special education teacher and college professor. Currently she is the Assistant Director over Curriculum for the Graduate Education Department in the College of Adult and Professional Studies.

Yvonne Craycroft Kirk (Exceptional Learners Mild Intervention Education Online Certification Program)
Dr. Kirk holds an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from NOVA Southeastern University. She has 17 years experience as a special needs educator and administrator in the urban school setting, serving as special education resource teacher, student service team and compliance monitor, coordinator of special services, virtual school consultant, acting department chair, and supervisor of the Alternative School Program at an urban high school.
